Login with your assigned username and password to access the system. The CallBack Helper is on the left side to help you on every page within the system.
Add a Message by starting with a blank Name and Message box, make sure you don't replace an old one by clicking on it first, click on Messages in the menu bar at the top to prevent this. You can edit a message by clicking on it's name (Name is just an identifier for you to know which message is which) then changing the message and clicking Update. There is no limit to the number of messages you can have. Fields like |name and |date allow the system to insert those fields automatically when sending a list.
Send One message manually, usually used for testing. All you need to do is enter the phone number and any of the other variables in your message. Once you are ready to send the call select what time you want it to go out at, then click Send. This is usually used for testing new messages.
Sending a message from a List can be done once the format has been selected, Telin will configure this for you. Simply select the file on your hard drive, enter what time you want the calls to go out after, then click Send.
Searching for CallBack's under the check Status button is easy, enter the date you want. Example 2009-12-07 will give you anything on Dec 7, 2009. Or 2009- will give you all calls made in 2009.
Search results from the above query, you can clearly see your call status for the query. The result code is given and are listed on the left side of the page. If a call hasn't gone out yet, you can cancel it, for calls that have already been sent, they can be resent. From this window if you select the calls (highlighting) you can copy and paste into Excell, then you can delete the column's and row's that you don't need and report or graph it.
Details call results for a single call. You can see the message as it was sent.
