CallBack - FAQ
Q: How does CallBack work?
A: CallBack places reminder calls based on the patient name, phone number, date, and time of appointment obtained from your scheduler or practice management system. You can send this information to the CallBack web site, or if you are using a paper scheduler, load the appointment information directly into the CallBack web site.
Q: How does the CallBack Appointment Reminder free trial work ?
A: Since no equipment or software is ever involved it is remarkable simple. It typically will take a few minutes with someone in your office familiar with the scheduler, we run a few test calls and you are off and running!
Q: What costs do I have in setting up the trial?
A: None.
Q: Supposing at the end of the trial I decide not to continue the service?
A: No problem, no charges, no risks, or obligations, just "thank you" for trying CallBack!
Q: Supposing at the end of the trial I decide to keep it, how long am I locked in for?
A: You can cancel for any reason, at any time, all we ask for is 30 days written notice (an email is fine).
Q: How do I know it is working?
A: You can access a report daily showing the notifications sent with the completion status from your account, this information can be downloaded into excel.
You will also know it is working since you will have fewer "no shows," increased revenue, and that your staff is more productive since they no longer have deal with making reminder phone calls.
Q: Can I change a message anytime?
A: You can change a message anytime, once a call has been placed: you would have to cancel that call and send it again with the updated message.
